Scared Ooohh Dorothy

Well done for going out and keeping active, but to be splattered in muck isn't good! Some people so don't want to help people that need some assistance - shame on the man.

At least your dog was there looking out for you.

I did something so silly a few months ago, chucked pillows and quilts down the stairs on a hot day for washing. My fault but I thought I could clamber over the mess I made on the stairs, wrong I slipped and fell down to the bottom. Please don't try this anyone! I couldn't get up everything hurt, one of my cavalier king charles jumped on my chest ready to give his version of mouth to mouth! He got bored and got off me, I managed to roll over on some pillows and get on my kness (which is something I can't normally do due to pain). Took a while to get up off the floor, found my phone and rung my hubby. Well he said how stupid to get up you should of rung me to come home to help....I said my phone was up high and he couldn't get in because I put the chain on the door when I'm alone in the house!!!
So now the chain isn't on the door when I'm on my own and carry my phone in a little over shoulder bag in case of emergencies.

Dorothy do take care of yourself, hope your feeling better.

Jane

LOL Hi Dorothy

Glad your ok.
Charlie (my cavlier) is always ready to kiss me, he's not a lap dog......he watches me from the floor or other sofa then jumps up for a lick!

I've had my foot elevated on a fluffy towel.....he's tried to kiss it better!

Dogs like to help us in their special way!

Oh Dorothy - what a messy crash - but at least the mud is fairly soft!!! Glad you're OK now.

Jane - your tale of the doggy kiss of life made me laugh - I've got a cavy too called Misty - she's a total lap dog, but like yours she always wants to stick her nose in my face at any opportunity - must be doggy love!

Sylvia x

Love Hi Sylvia

Ooohh cavaliers are cute!
What type is Misty?
Charlie is a tri-coloured and Poppy is ruby coloured.

I shall tell a story about poppy...not long after we got her as a pup a few years ago she was bleeding from her tail......my husband knownly caught her with the lawn mower in the garden.
She had to have a small part of her tail removed at the vets, my husband gets reminded about the accident every now and then by our daughter!
So now when he cuts the grass our dogs stay inside!

I just saw some of the olympic dancing horse go for gold, sadly turned over channel once the dogs woke up! Wooof wooof woof, they get vocal!

Hi Jane - Misty's a Blenheim and she goes mad at the TV too. She's OK with horses, but dogs!!! Oh my, she goes mad. She has finally learnt that they don't live round the back of the tv, but we have some very funny film of her chasing some foxes as they disappeared out of shot she kept looking for them. I missed the dressage to music - we were away, but I did catch the highlights and it was absolutely wonderful!!!!! My girls ride a lot and one them really likes dressage too so I've learnt quite a bit over the years (I don't ride myself), so I can appreciate the immense skill of rider and horse. Those horses are really one in a million, and it's incredibly rare to get one who can perform to that standard \FG\DVSDGV \B DCMKT

oops sorry about that!!! The cat decided it's time for food and I'll get no peace until I comply - byeee
